Project Management

At TWOR, our in-house Project Management Group is led by experienced Project Managers (PMs) who are responsible for making real-time decisions to benefit the project.Supported by a dedicated Project Management Office (PMO), the team operates with a three-tier resource structure that includes lead engineers, engineers, and designers across all disciplines. Our Project Managers serve as the single point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between clients and TWOR.
